Terms of Service
Last updated 11 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Weekfull when you use our website and app. They are written plainly on purpose. By creating an account you accept them. If you are a consumer in the UK, nothing here removes your statutory rights.
The service
Weekfull generates weekly meal plans, shopping lists, pantry tracking and recipe content based on the preferences and kitchen items you give us. Plans, prices and nutrition figures are estimates produced automatically — they are guidance, not professional advice.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information.
- Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one household. Do not share credentials outside your household or resell access.
- Tell us promptly at support@weekfull.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.
Free trial, subscriptions and payment
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial of paid features. We tell you when it ends and you are not charged unless you choose a plan.
- Paid plans are billed in advance by Stripe at the price shown at checkout, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
- Failed payments may result in access to paid features being paused until payment succeeds.
Your right to cancel (consumer cancellation rights)
As a UK consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service and receive a refund. By starting to use Weekfull immediately you agree that the service begins during that period and you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully supplied. Where you have used only part of the period, we will refund a fair proportion. Beyond that, we do not refund unused time on a subscription, but if something has gone wrong we would rather sort it out — email support@weekfull.co.uk.
Allergies, nutrition and food safety
This is important. Weekfull filters recipes using the allergy and dietary information you enter, but automated filtering can never be a substitute for reading the label on the food in front of you. Product formulations change, "may contain" warnings vary, and our data may be incomplete or out of date.
- Always check packaging and ingredient labels before cooking or serving.
- Calories and macros are estimates based on typical ingredient values and portion sizes.
- Weekfull is not medical, dietetic or clinical advice. If you have a medical condition, a serious allergy, or are pregnant, speak to a qualified professional.
- Follow safe cooking practice, including recommended cooking temperatures and times for meat, fish and eggs, whatever a recipe suggests.
Prices and supermarkets
Budget figures and supermarket comparisons are estimates based on typical prices and are not offers to sell. We are not affiliated with the supermarkets shown unless we say so, and the actual price you pay at checkout is set by the retailer.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-download or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing recipe database.
- Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, access other users' data or probe our security.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content, including in scan photos.
- Do not use automated systems to place excessive load on the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Content and intellectual property
Weekfull owns the app, brand, recipe library, photography and generated plans. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own household's cooking. You keep ownership of what you enter — your pantry items, ratings, photos and notes — and grant us the licence needed to run the service for you.
Partners and affiliates
If you join the Weekfull Partner programme, the partner terms shown when you apply also apply to you, including commission rates, payout thresholds and clawbacks on refunded or disputed payments.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Weekfull available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or withdraw features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you pay for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.
Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that digital content is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from Settings; we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may end this agreement on reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach, refunding any unused paid time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
